Ramin Rasouli
CEO and Principal
Leads the company day to day and is the point of contact on scope, scheduling and price. Enquiries about a project reach the principal directly rather than a regional manager in another office.
This is the firm's leadership: who runs the company, who takes professional responsibility for its engineering, and who oversees how the work is staffed. Each role below carries a specific accountability rather than a title.

Responsible Engineer
The firm's engineering work is performed under his California professional engineer licence. Engineering judgement on MEI's reports is attributable to him by name rather than to an unnamed department.
Vice President
Oversees operations across the three offices, including how inspectors are assigned against a project programme.
Inspections and tests are carried out by ICC- and ACI-certified inspectors, each assigned to the scopes their certifications actually cover. Certification is issued per discipline rather than as one general qualification, which is why the assignment matters as much as the credential.
