03How an inspection runs

From the call to the closed-out report.

STEP 01

Scope and schedule

Send the plans and the inspection schedule. We identify every code-required inspection on the project and return a written scope and price.

STEP 02

Certified inspector on site

An inspector holding the specific ICC or ACI certification for that scope attends, works to the referenced standard, and records findings in the field.

STEP 03

Report filed the same day

Reports are filed through our own digital system and distributed to the contractor, engineer of record and building department.

04Referenced methods

We cite the standard, not just the service.

Anyone can list "concrete testing". These are the published methods our results are traceable to.
